<li>Product</li>
</ol>
<p>Knowing your competition, audience, market and products will ensure that you get the competitive advantage you and your business needs.  Using the right research tools can also be the difference between winning the pitch, or getting the order signed. Below is a list of three research tool I think are essential when using the C.A.M.P principle.</p>
