My grandfather would always say “You can never stop learning” and I have continued to follow his advise. Most people in business and in particularly large corporate business however, seem to have the mindset whereby they seem to stop learning and simply just follow the rules and social norms.

Inspiration and innovation are are the blood that flows through all entrepreneurs.  They are resourceful and NOT resource-needy.  If you work for a large organization, make sure that you continue to think like an entrepreneur and never stop learning.
