Voting has begun in the most tightly contested General Election in a generation. 44 million people are registed to vote. It does not matter where your political alliances sit, I believe that you should vote.  You shouldn’t take it for granted that the little cross that you put in the ballot box against the name of the local and palimentary candidate of your choice is a given. Let us not forget that years ago only men with money and property rights could vote and women regardless of their wealth could not vote until  people like Emmeline Pankhurst (15 July 1858 – 14 June 1928) who was an English political activist and leader of the British suffragette movement, which helped women win the right to vote.

With all the opinion polls pointing towards a hung parliament, each of the three main party leaders have a chance to set an example to voters and make a difference to our country.

As the election reaches it’s final day, it is interesting to see the psychology used by all the three main parties. Have a look at each of the parties websites and see if you can you spot the difference:

Yes you’ve guessed it.  The end one.  I wonder why the party chose not to use a picture of their leader?  In short, Use your vote!
